Student Commencement Application

Application Deadline:  April 23, 2018

To be able to participate in the June 3, 2018, Commencement, students/graduates must submit this application to the Office of the Registrar by April 23, 2018.

To be eligible for Commencement, students must complete all degree requirements by April 23, 2018 Students who will not complete their requirements by April 23, 2018, must have satisfied all financial obligations to MUIH and meet one of the following criteria: master’s or doctoral student within 6 credits of completing requirements as of the first day of the summer 2018 trimester, or certificate student within 3 credits of completing requirements as of the first day of the summer 2018 trimester. Order Your Cap and Gown beginning February 1, 2018
Visit www.herffjones.com/college/muih to purchase your cap, gown, and hood. Please be sure to select the regalia appropriate for the highest degree you are earning. Graduates must wear proper academic regalia to participate in the ceremony. Please note that the certificate and master gowns are customized with the MUIH logo and hood colors were changed in 2017. Click here for the correct hood color for your program.

Commencement Tickets
Tickets are not required for this ceremony. Please indicate how many guests will be attending so we can plan accordingly.
University Celebration
Saturday, June 2, 2018, 4:00 – 6:00 pm Maryland University of Integrative Health You and your guest are invited to join us at this celebration to honor our graduates and provide an opportunity to connect with your faculty and classmates. Awards will be presented to selected graduates and faculty. Light refreshments will be served.
Open to friends and family of all graduates. We ask that graduates bring no more than four guests.
Pronouncing Your Name
Your name will be announced as you walk the stage at commencement. If you think it would be helpful for the announcer to pronounce your name correctly, please provide a phonetic spelling.
