Curious about what health coaches really do and how they do it?
In this webinar, you’ll actually observe one of our coaching faculty members, a highly experienced coach, conduct a simulated coaching session with a “client.” In this simulation, you’ll be exposed to very specific techniques for building rapport, asking questions, listening, and identifying resistance. Finally, you’ll see the beginning stages of facilitation toward client behavior change. Our faculty member and a coaching student will explain the techniques and take your questions. They’ll also talk about the growth of the field, the upcoming national standards for health coaches, and how our programs will position you for a thriving career.
