Each cell in your body has the same DNA, so how does one become a skin cell and another a lung cell? Cells differentiate based on their programming and their environment. New research indicates that the food we eat affects the expression of our genetic potential. This is the emerging field of Nutritional Genomics.

Food is information, sending healing or hurting messages to your genes and cells. Nutritional genomics is the study of how foods affect our genes, and how we may respond differently to nutrients in our food based on our individual genetic makeup. This webinar will provide an overview of how our food and lifestyle choices influence your genes. We’ll explore specific pathways and the nutrients that influence them, and some of the recent research on how we can change our gene expression by changing what we eat and how we live.
