Overview
Dr. Keren Dolan has worked and served in the field of botanical medicine and nutrition for 15 years, specializing in bringing holistic models of evidence-informed. She strives to educate clients and students by emphasizing mindfulness, presence, compassion and connection with one another and with the natural world.
Professional Narrative
Dr. Keren Dolan is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Maryland, a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®), a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN), a Registered Herbalist (AHG), and a Regional Director of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy and Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Herbalists Guild.
Dr. Dolan has a certificate in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) from the Institute for Functional Medicine and is in training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Keren has a clinical practice based in Northern Virginia and Maryland where she integrates functional nutrition, western clinical herbalism and holistic aromatherapy to support people with a history of trauma and complex-chronic conditions.
As an educator and clinician, Dr. Dolan seeks to partner with and empower people as they follow their unique academic or healing journeys. She lives, plants and plays in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children.
