Overview
I have been involved with MUIH since the early 1990’s when it was Tai-Sophia. At the time I was responsible for organizing and reporting the financial aspects of the organization. I also served on the curriculum design team for the M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health, have been teaching at the school since 2010, and where I earned my M.S.
Professional Narrative
Outside of MUIH, I work at The Purchasing Manager, a company I founded 20+ years ago working with other organizations to manage their purchasing operations. I have been on our condo association HOA board for 5 years. I love teaching my 4 young grandkids about whole real foods and eating different colors of foods every meal.
