There are very few training programs that address the catastrophic impact of stress and burnout on individuals, healthcare, businesses, and our economy AND simultaneously attempt to build healthy behaviors and create strategies to provide real-world solutions to these widespread issues.
Led by an experienced health educator and health coach, the Burnout Impact Series is unique because it combines the current research and evidence-based strategies covering a variety of wellbeing domains with practical exercises to put healthy behaviors into action. Through education and experiential activities, individuals and teams can realize a greater sense of personal and collective well-being leading to transformations in how they feel, live and work.
Content and exercises in this program can be customized to the industry and organization to make the training highly relevant to the participants. Group coaching sessions may be included to further explore and apply concepts to build resilience long-term. In which case, evidence-based well-being assessments may be incorporated to measure impact. Additionally, consulting is available to organizations and teams to develop and implement effective workplace wellness structures, practices, and programming.
