Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees at Maryland University of Integrative Health is an independent Board which serves as the highest level governing body. The Board of Trustees responsibilities include ensuring the university serves the public interest, fulfills its mission and goals, as well as having fiduciary responsibility for the university, establishing strategic direction, and appointing the President. Committees of the Board include Executive Committee, Academic Affairs Committee, Compensation Committee, Finance and Audit Committee, Governance Committee, and Nominating Committee.
