Danielle Shea Tan, Licensed Functional Nutritionist and author of 52 Small Changes for the Family, partners with women and children from preconception through preschool age to address a range of nutritionally related health conditions. Danielle uses food, herbs, and lifestyle changes to heal and manage digestive issues (e.g., reflux, constipation), eczema, infantile colic, food sensitivities and allergies, gestational diabetes, adrenal fatigue, lactation supply needs, and more.
Sasha Brown (she/her) graduated from MUIH in 2021 with an M.S. degree in Herbal Product Design & Manufacture. Sasha is the owner and herbalist of Samaya Herbals, LLC (started in 2019). Samaya Herbals is an herbal product business, specializing in herbal tea blends, glycerites, herb-infused oils, and topical hair and skin products. Sasha shares educational herbal product videos (on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) (@motherherbalist) and teaches herbal classes in her local community. Sasha offers consultation services to those interested in personalized herbal medicine. Sasha resides in Clinton, MD, with her husband and 3 children. Sasha volunteers at local herb farms and enjoys maintaining her own garden at home.

I have been working as a Health and Wellness Coach for more than six years, working with clients and empowering them to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I have two Certifications in coaching, a Master’s Degree as a Health and Wellness Coach from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and another one by Guiding Mindful Coaching. I have a certificate as a lifestyle coach from the Center for Disease Control for the implementation of the Diabetes Prevention Program.
