The partial hospitalization program focuses on DBT therapy where Laura leads small, group yoga therapy classes that offers education on the benefits of mindfulness as a perspective for supporting healing through: emotional and nervous system regulation, increasing insight to promote behavior change, integrating intentional self-care that inspires a feeling of well-being in daily life, and as individualized coping skills through movement, breathing, and meditation.
