The Natural Care Center at Maryland University of Integrative Health is pleased to announce that it has added two licensed medical and therapeutic massage therapists to its clinical staff. Services will be available beginning January 16, 2018, and an introductory discount is available for MUIH students, faculty and staff.
Meet Our Massage Therapists
Myron Kimble-Marvel, LMT Myron Kimble-Marvel is a graduate of and former teaching assistant at the Baltimore School of Massage as well as an aspiring phytotherapist currently working on a MS in Clinical Herbalism at Maryland University of Integrative Health. With a number of skills, interests, and modalities, he works intently to tailor the session to fit your specific goals. Originally from the Baltimore/Washington DC Metro region, he attended the College of William and Mary in Virginia to study Cultural Anthropology before returning home to focus on the science of wellness and the art of healing. It is his goal to blend his well-honed skills with a deep sense cultural awareness and modern sensitivity and make the treatment room into a welcoming space for anyone. Each appointment is customized according to the client and their needs. Specialties include: Sports Injuries and Prevention; Deep Tissue; Prenatal Care; Acupressure; Shiatsu; Trigger Point; Myofascial Release; Swedish. Hours: Sundays 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. |

Jessica Smith, LMT Jessica Smith was born and raised in New York City. After deciding on a career and lifestyle change, Jessica moved to Philadelphia and attended the Swedish Massage certificate program at the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia. Jessica is a Dr. Vodder School International Certified Lymphatic Decongestion therapist qualified to work with clients experiencing edema due to lymph node removal and primary lymphedema. She is committed to helping her clients develop pain management strategies that work to find balance with past injuries. She has been in practice for over 8 years and focuses on the long-term goals of clients that pairs immediate relief with an overall shift in functioning. Specialties include: Lymphatic Drainage; Pre- and Postnatal Care; Deep Tissue; Sports Massage; CranioSacral Therapy; Myofascial Release; Swedish. Hours: Tuesdays 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. |

- 30 minute intake / 60 minute massage: $135
- Introductory discount for MUIH students, faculty, and staff:

Follow-Up Appointments
- 90 minutes: $135
- 60 minutes: $90
- 30 minutes: $45
