Enroll in our Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health with a concentration in Human Clinical Nutrition or Herbal Medicine. An integrative nutrition program that incorporates the science and practice of nutrition with the art of preparing whole foods, this program is is unique in integrating biochemical assessments, basic science, and applied nutrition coursework and employing case studies and client interviews to teach intervention strategies for a wide range of health challenges. Through our whole foods cooking labs, clinical practice within the Natural Care Center, and practice coaching sessions you will experience the full spectrum of the art and science of nutrition.
