September 17 is designated as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day to commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787. Students will receive information about planned activities in September each year.

MUIH invites members of its community to learn more about the Constitution through these and other resources:

Celebrating Constitution Day

At its core, the U.S. Constitution is built on a set of foundational principles and values. As we start the 2024-2025 academic year, now is also a good time to reflect on the foundational principles and values of MUIH:

Foundational Principles: Interconnection, Holism, Transformation, Diversity, and Resilience

Values: Community, Mindfulness, Integrity, Inquisitiveness, and Discernment
