The Maryland University of Integrative Health community gathered together on Monday, December 4 to celebrate the grand opening of the new MUIH Career Services Center. Rob Brooks, Coordinator of Career Services, was joined by MUIH President Steven Combs, Board Chair Adele Wilzack, and Vice Chair Jim Truby to officially open the center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The MUIH Career Services Center is now open to all MUIH students and alumni and offers career counseling and job search support. It also works closely with the academic programs to support external clinical, internship, and practicum placements. Some of the services available at the center include:
- Résumé and cover letter writing
- Interviewing skills
- Professional networking resources
- Salary negotiation skills
- Business development and entrepreneurship resources
