As a yoga therapist, I love working with all types of people. When I started practicing yoga after retiring from the Army I had no idea what it was going to do for me, I just knew I needed something to help heal the mental, physical, and emotional damage I had experienced due to serving over two decades in the Army, including multiple combat tours.

At first I was skeptical, thinking yoga was not something “real men” do. I was sorely mistaken; indeed it has amazing physical benefits, but that’s only the beginning.
