I am a registered herbalist and licensed nutritionist and I enjoy working with busy women to help them have the energy to do what they love. I specialize in conditions that affect the reproductive system and urinary tract, such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Interstitial Cystitis (IC). By supporting the basics – sleep, digestion, stress, and energy, I help people bring their immune system and hormones back into balance. I believe that it takes healthy people to create a healthy planet, and I want to make a difference for both.

In addition to seeing clients in my private practice, I serve as adjunct and clinical faculty for Maryland University of Integrative Health, where I enjoy working with graduate students, and supporting them on their journeys to becoming clinical herbalists.
