In honor of National Eating Healthy Day on November 3 and American Diabetes Month chef and Mediterranean lifestyle expert Amy Riolo and  the leading-edge academic institution for integrative health, MUIH, are teaming up to raise awareness of the importance of making healthful food choices while nourishing the mind, body, and spirit.
