Personal Narrative

I love big questions. Questions like "How should we define health?" and "How can we make healthcare just and equitable?" I'm trained in clinical nutrition and theological bioethics. My work is about exploring how systems, people, and meaning intersect to drive community wellbeing and whole-person health with a special focus on health equity. I’m a Colombian-American, mom of two, sometimes yoga teacher, enthusiastic wearer of eclectic jewelry, coffee aficionado, and aspiring avid gardener.
