Through a program review of our coaching courses and in conversation with the International Coach Federation (ICF), we became aware of a gap between ICF requirements and MUIH’s Health and Wellness Coaching program. This gap affects online and some hybrid students and alumni who would like to apply for ICF credentialing.

If you have received, applied for, or plan to apply for ICF credentialing at the ACC level, we worked with ICF to design a program to insure the integrity of your credentialing option. All Health and Wellness Coaching programs (PBC or MA) students or graduates in the following groups may be impacted and are eligible for the MUIH ICF Credentialing Prep Program:

  • Current online students who enrolled prior to January 2017
  • Current hybrid students who enrolled prior to January 2017
  • Graduates of online or hybrid programs who enrolled prior to January 2017

Please note that if you have taken or plan to take COA 610 online or on campus and COA 620 on campus, there are no additional requirements or hours needed.
